Applied Optoelectronics Inc (NASDAQ:AAOI) fell 11.9% to $109.99 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $600 million at-the-market equity offering.
Jumia Technologies AG – ADR (NYSE:JMIA) fell 5.1% to $6.40 in pre-market trading.
