Shares of HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:HIVE) rose sharply in pre-market trading.

HIVE’s subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc. announced that it has signed a five-year GPU cloud services agreement with an investment-grade enterprise customer.

The company, on Friday, posted first-quarter losses of 54 cents per share, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 20 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $79.120 million, which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $81.123 million.

HIVE Digital Technologies shares jumped 8.6% to $2.92 in pre-market trading.

  • Barfresh Food Group Inc (NASDAQ:BRFH) fell 24% to $1.46 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
  • iTonic Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:ITOC) declined 19.7% to $0.25 in pre-market trading after gaining 8% on Friday.
  • Akanda Corp (NASDAQ:AKAN) fell 18.3% to $5.27 in pre-market trading. Akanda shares jumped over 28% on Friday after the company announced its subsidiary, First Towers & Fiber, provided an update on its operational milestones and expansion progress.
