Rush Enterprises Reveals Dual Listing on Nasdaq Texas Exchange Effective On July 1, 2026

Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:RUSHA, RUSHB))), which operates the largest network of commercial vehicle dealerships in North America, today announced the dual listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq Texas, LLC ("Nasdaq Texas") exchange. The Company will maintain its primary listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, and the dual listing will not affect investors’ ability to buy or sell the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Nasdaq Texas is a newly established dual listing exchange created to broaden capital access for companies with strong ties to Texas. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbols "RUSHA" and "RUSHB," and the dual listing will not involve the issuance of new shares or change the Company’s governance structure or reporting obligations. The Company expects the listing and trading of its common stock on Nasdaq Texas to commence on July 1, 2026.
