Bandwidth, Traws Pharma And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Monday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining more than 400 points on Monday.
Shares of Bandwidth Inc (NASDAQ:BAND) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed private offering of $275 million of convertible senior notes.
Bandwidth shares dipped 4.6% to $62.34 in pre-market trading.
Here are some other stocks moving lower in pre-market trading.
- Traws Pharma Inc (NASDAQ:TRAW) fell 18.2% to $1.05 in pre-market trading after the company deferred planned Phase 2a influenza study of tivoxavir marboxil after negative UK MHRA review.
- ChipMOS Technologies Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:IMOS) declined 9.3% to $56.19 in pre-market trading following a 3% fall on Friday.
- Sasol Ltd (NYSE:SSL) declined 9.2% to $11.80 in pre-market trading after falling 3% on Friday.
- Woodside Energy Group Ltd – ADR (NYSE:WDS) fell 9% to $21.00 in pre-market trading. Woodside Energy shares gained 6% on Friday after the company announced that it would purchase CNPC’s 10.7% stake in the Browse LNG project for up to $400M after exercising its right of first refusal.
- Vermilion Energy Inc (NYSE:VET) declined 8.3% to $10.23 in pre-market trading.
- Woodside Energy Group Ltd – ADR (NYSE:WDS) dipped 8.1% to $21.20 in pre-market trading after adding 6% on Friday.
- ORIC Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ORIC) fell 7.8% to $7.62 in pre-market trading.
- Kearny Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:KRNY) fell 6.4% to $8.23 in pre-market trading.
- W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE:WTI) shares dipped 6.4% to $3.80 in pre-market trading.
