Rambus, Fabrinet, NXP Semiconductors And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mostly higher this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures gaining around 100 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Rambus Inc (NASDAQ:RMBS) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter sales guidance with its midpoint below estimates.

Rambus reported quarterly earnings of 68 cents per share which met the analyst consensus estimate. The company reported quarterly sales of $190.200 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $187.563 million.

Rambus shares dipped 14.2% to $97.59 in pre-market trading.

  • Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) shares fell 6.7% to $466.10 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
  • Axalta Coating Systems Ltd (NASDAQ:AXTA) shares declined 5.5% to $31.71 in pre-market trading.
  • High Templar Tech Ltd (NYSE:HTT) fell 5.2% to $2.72 in pre-market trading.
  • NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ:NXPI) dipped 5.1% to $219.48 in pre-market trading after the company posted fourth-quarter results.
  • WPP PLC (NYSE:WPP) fell 4.7% to $19.65 in pre-market trading.
