TG Therapeutics, Clover Health Investments, Nutrien And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Wednesday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling more than 200 points on Wednesday.

Shares of TG Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:TGTX) rose sharply during Wednesday's session after the company reported preliminary fiscal-year 2025 total global revenue results on Tuesday after the market closed.

TG Therapeutics said preliminary total global revenue for full-year 2025 was approximately $616 million. The company reported preliminary U.S. net product revenue for BRIUMVI of approximately $182 million for the fourth quarter and $594 million for the full year. The financial figures are unaudited and subject to final closing procedures.

TG Therapeutics shares jumped 11.6% to $31.10 on Wednesday.

  • Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:ANPA) shares jumped 13.5% to $95.31.
  • Cerus Corp (NASDAQ:CERS) gained 12.7% to $2.84.
  • Clover Health Investments Corp (NASDAQ:CLOV) jumped 11.2% to $2.82 after the company reported a year-over-year increase in Membership Growth in its Medicare Advantage PPO plans. The company expects to achieve its first-ever FY GAAP net income profitability.
  • Highpeak Energy Inc (NASDAQ:HPK) shares rose 8.3% to $5.07.
  • Array Digital Infrastructure Inc (NYSE:AD) gained 7.8% to $57.87.
  • Concentrix Corp (NASDAQ:CNXC) jumped 7.7% to $42.18. Concentrix on Tuesday reported its fourth-quarter results and issued forward guidance that weighed on investor sentiment.
  • Adient PLC (NYSE:ADNT) surged 7.5% to $23.05. Adient is scheduled to discuss first-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results on Feb. 4.
  • Kindly MD Inc (NASDAQ:NAKA) gained 7.4% to $0.50.
  • Cadeler (NYSE:CDLR) gained 7.2% to $21.92.
  • Innovative Solutions and Support Inc (NASDAQ:ISSC) rose 7.2% to $20.63.
  • Nutrien Ltd (NYSE:NTR) gained 7% to $65.62. Morgan Stanley analyst Vincent Sinisi upgraded Nutrien from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised the price target from $70 to $77.
  • Alpha Tau Medical Ltd (NASDAQ:DRTS) gained 6.4% to $6.98.
