Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (the "Company" or "Star Bulk") (NASDAQ:SBLK), today announced that the Company has bought back 1,985,169 of its shares since March 31st, 2025 for a total of $32.22 million at an average purchase price per share of $16.21. As of today, following the cancellation of the repurchased shares the total number of issued and outstanding SBLK shares is 115,603,652.
