BeFra Announces Dividend Payment Of 200 Million Mexican Pesos, ~$0.2463 Per Share After Applicable Tax Withholdings

Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (NYSE:BWMX) ("BeFra" or the "Company"), announced that after the shareholders meeting held on April 30, 2025, the payment of an aggregate dividend of MX $200,000,000 has been approved. This amount represents approximately US $0.2736 per share before applicable tax withholdings, or approximately US $0.2463 per share after applicable tax withholdings. The dividend is payable on May 23, 2025 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2025.
