NXP Semiconductors, Brinker International, Ultra Clean, Sanmina And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 100 points on Tuesday.
Shares of NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ:NXPI) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter financial results and issued second-quarter EPS guidance with its midpoint below estimates.
NXP reported first-quarter revenue of $2.84 billion, in line with analyst estimates, according to Benzinga Pro. The company reported first-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.64 per share, beating analyst estimates of $2.58 per share.
NXP expects second-quarter revenue of $2.8 billion to $3 billion versus estimates of $2.87 billion. The company sees second-quarter adjusted earnings in the range of $2.46 to $2.86 per share versus estimates of $2.65 per share. The company announced CEO Kurt Sievers will retire at the end of 2025.
NXP Semiconductors shares dipped 7.7% to $181.18 in the pre-market trading session.

- Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNDX) fell 7.5% to $12.42 in pre-market trading. Syndax Pharmaceuticals will report its first quarter financial results and provide a business update on Monday, May 5.
- Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:REGN) fell 7% to $568.00 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly earnings.
- Sanmina Corporation (NASDAQ:SANM) fell 5.8% to $76.00 in today's pre-market trading. Sanmina posted upbeat results for its second quarter, but issued weak forecast for the third quarter. The company said it sees third-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.35 to $1.45 per share, versus market estimates of $1.53 per share. It also expects sales of $1.925 billion to $2.025 billion for the current quarter, versus market projections of $2.06 billion.
- XPeng Inc. (NYSE:XPEV) fell 4.7% to $18.99 in pre-market trading.
- BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP) declined 4.3% to $27.87 in pre-market trading following first-quarter earnings.
- AstraZeneca PLC (NASDAQ:AZN) fell 2.8% to $67.96 in pre-market trading following quarterly results.
