U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.1% on Thursday.

Shares of Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE:LUV) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading.

The U.S. Department of Transportation and Department of Justice jointly filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against Southwest Airlines for operating “chronically delayed flights” that caused disruptions to passengers.

  • ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ANIP) shares tumbled 11.6% to $50.01 in pre-market trading. ANI Pharmaceuticals recently issued preliminary fourth quarter and 2024 financial results and preliminary 2025 outlook.
  • Silexion Therapeutics Corp (NASDAQ:SLXN) fell 11.3% to $1.38 in pre-market trading after the company announced the pricing of $5.0 million public offering.
  • Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) dipped 8.9% to $6.03 in pre-market trading.
  • NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V. (NASDAQ:NAMS) declined 5.6% to $22.66 in pre-market trading.
