The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Hang Lung Group

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by Executive Chair of the Board Wenbwo Chan for HK$1.9m worth of shares, at about HK$9.69 per share. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of HK$10.22. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. While we always like to see insider buying, it's less meaningful if the purchases were made at much lower prices, as the opportunity they saw may have passed. Happily, the Hang Lung Group insider decided to buy shares at close to current prices. The only individual insider to buy over the last year was Wenbwo Chan.

Wenbwo Chan bought 750.00k shares over the last 12 months at an average price of HK$9.23.
