Possible Turnaround For Horizon Construction Development Insiders, Still Down CN¥1.2m

Some of the losses seen by insiders who purchased CN¥6.03m worth of Horizon Construction Development Limited (HKG:9930) shares over the past year were recovered after the stock increased by 11% over the past week. However, total losses seen by insiders are still CN¥1.2m since the time of purchase.
